What is it
Dito CRM is a Brazilian technology company focused on customer retention in retail. Its clients are national and international brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Track&Field, The North Face and New Balance.
Dito's mission is to empower the retail sector through technology so that brands get to know and establish relationships with their consumers in a personalized and scalable way, in order to make sales on an increasing and recurring basis.
What i did
Brand and Visual Design, Photography and Art Direction
How i did it
At Dito, I managed existing brand assets and created several new ones, as well as developed numerous online and offline materials - from a new website and social media recurring publications to trade show booths and brand gifts.
I also managed to produce a stock of images and videos using my own personal camera and with the internal team as models, successfully applying the outcome to corporate materials, official online channels and events.
Overall, the projects I worked on influenced 92% of the new annual recurring revenue.
